*During off peak months (October to March), the minimum night stay is reduced to 3 nights.

All bookings will require a €500 deposit, to be paid at the time of booking

All bookings will have a one off additional €150 cleaning fee

Payments

Please email us to request a booking. If the dates are available and we are able to accept your booking, we will then email you payment details in Euros or GBP. We are willing to consider guests paying in 2 or 3 instalments if required, with the final instalment paid at least 6 weeks prior to the holiday.

We can also accept payments via Paypal. Please ensure you note in your email if this is your preferred way of paying.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least two months prior to the first night of the holiday will be reimbursed in full, once the lead guest confirms the cancellation by email.

Cancellations made at least one month prior to the first night of the holiday will be reimbursed at 50% of the total price **

Cancellations made at least seven days prior to the first night of the holiday will be reimbursed at 25% of the total price **

** If the house is subsequently booked by another guest, then the hosts will contact you to offer a full refund, however this is a gesture of goodwill and cannot be guaranteed.
